Liyu Bus uses billing information solely for the purpose of completing travel bookings initiated by customers on Liyu Bus's website or mobile apps (Android, iOS, and Windows).

Liyu Bus will utilize the customer's email address and phone number for all travel-related communications and to share current deals.

Liyu Bus sends travel alerts via SMS to the phone number registered at the time of bus ticket booking. It is not our responsibility to verify the authenticity of the customer receiving the alert.

Customers can access and update their contact information by visiting Liyu Bus's website or mobile apps (Android, iOS, and Windows). They can also close their accounts by contacting Liyu Bus's Customer Care services at 9439 or emailing customersupport@liyubus.com.
